Meetup Details
Date: ~~9 May 09 (Saturday)~~ 16 May 09 (Saturday)
Time: 12pm
Venue: Ang Mo Kio Big Mac Centre (MacDonald's just opposite Ang Mo Kio Hub)

Chances of changes in the meetup is pretty low, unless I have something really urgent. If you are unable to meetup or the location is too inconvenient for you, please opt for postage. Maximum normal postage is $3.35 (additional $2.24 for registered mail) and it will save you lots of inconvenience.

Unless you are living in Ang Mo Kio like me, it does not make sense to take MRT and then feeder bus to come to my place, wasting much of your time. FYI, there is only 1 feeder bus that comes to my block and the bus stop is the looping bus stop. Meaning my place is not very accessible, so again, if you are unable to meetup, please opt for postage.

General

My Rights and Responsibilities as a Spree Organiser

I reserve the right to:

- cancel the spree if the response is not good

- reject your order at my own discretion

- collect additional charges if applicable.

I am responsible to:

- be prompt in replying emails and comments (normally done in the night coz of work and school)

- make online order with my credit card

- keep you updated with ordering dates and arrival of items

- distribute items when they arrive, either through post or meetups (at my convenience)

I am NOT responsible:

- if you have given me wrong information

- the merchant ships the wrong item

- the item is lost or damaged during shipping for both international and local shipping

Orders and Payments

- Priority will be given to those who had paid first (as per reflected in my IB statement)

- Only paid orders will be taken. Therefore, no payment = no order

- No cancellation of order once payment has been made

- Please delete your post and repost if you require any changes to your order

- Excess shipping charges greater than SGD$0.50 and OOS items will be refunded

- Any required refunding will be done at my convenience within a month

- Orders will only be taken via LJ posts, therefore no emailing orders

- Large orders that will exceed cap (hence incurring GST) will be rejected for smaller orders which added up will not exceed cap

Shipping

Normally via vPost or CGW

Delivery will take 5 to 8 working days

CWG

- Delivery will take 4-6 working days (subjected to time zone difference)

- In the event if I am required to answer or make US phone calls for the spree, the charges will be spilt among participants

- If merchant does not accept my credit card, I will go for CWG Concierge Service, which will charge 5% service fees, which will again be shared among participants

Updates

- Updates will be done via mass emails and the spree page

- Please bookmark the respective webpage for your own reference

Distribution

- Handling fee of SGD$0.50 will be collected for postage materials

- Items will be posted out using brown papers or envelopes unless specifically request. Additional costs will be absorbed by requester. Please allow more time for me to prepare for special requests.

** Items with 2^nd payment not made not collected after 2 weeks will be confiscated**

- Please opt for postage if you can’t make it for the meetup

Mailing

- There will be SGD$2.24 additional charges for registered posts. You may double check Singpost’s website for postage charges

- Excess postage of more than SGD$0.50 will be refunded

- Mailing will be done at my convenience but I can promise that I will do it ASAP as I am sure all of you are excited to receive your items :)

Meetups

- Meetups will be organised at my convenience, normally in the central area

- It is possible that there are no meetups if my schedule is too packed

- Only 1 meetup per spree; but if you are able to meet me at my convenience, private meetup is possible too
